Hey, I'm Allie.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 38. It explained so much, and yet left me wanting to know so much more.

I find myself trying to make sense of a life with many small traumatic experiences, that now have a simple explanation. I'm also figuring out how to navigate life with a new paradigm.
